Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dispatching operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize truck routes for deliveries, taking into account factors such as distance, traffic, weather, and client requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with truck drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
  • Load Coordination: Schedule and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with weight limits and safety regulations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues that may arise during transportation, including breakdowns, delays, or emergencies, and find solutions to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in USA English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
