We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join our creative team and bring fresh ideas to life through impactful designs.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented visual communications professional to design engaging visuals that align with our brand identity.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and the ability to turn ideas into eye-catching graphics for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design creative and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
  2. Develop compelling visual content for branding, logos, banners, brochures, and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive design strategies.
  4. Edit and enhance images, ensuring high-quality output for digital and print media.
  5. Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual materials.
  6. Brainstorm design concepts and provide creative solutions for campaigns and promotions.
  7. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience in creating visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva for quick content creation.
