Student Career Guidance Role
Our organisation is looking for a skilled professional to play an integral part in the Counselling department. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing career guidance and support to students from various age groups, assisting them with their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on top universities worldwide and prepare reports for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA education segments.
  • Develop product materials for Undergraduate, Graduate, MBA, and Student Advisory Programs.
  • Maintain individual client files and manage client communication for all counselling products.
  • Support students and Sales teams with information related to student recruitment for Kings, SOAS, Queen Mary, and Sussex Universities in the UK.
  • Track login details, operational status of applications, and admission decisions for clients.
  • Manage centralized counselling email address and maintain queries and documents review list.
  • Support marketing, business development, and sales team data requests from Counselling department.
  • Develop and manage Dignosco Alumni network for US, UK, and MBA programs.
  • Build and manage Dignosco Counsellor's Network.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international University.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and multitask.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
