Job Role: Commercial Finance Professional

About the Job

This role involves working as an active team member to ensure timely submission of commercial proposals that meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include developing tools and models to determine pricing, creating market benchmarks for pricing, and providing analytical support during negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Proposal Development:
    • Develop market benchmarks for pricing and ensure commercial proposals align with market expectations.
    • Provide analytical support to Commercial teams during negotiations.
    • Highlight key financial risks and run sensitivities.
  • Contract Renewals & Price Revisions:
    • Ensure contract renewals align with business case assumptions.
    • Trigger price revisions in line with external environment changes.
  • Compliance & Control:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain records for auditors' review.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
    • Develop and share routine updates with management.
    • Conduct variance analysis and share commentary.
    • Suggest ways to improve competitive pricing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of corporate/commercial finance experience.
  • Experience in Telecom and Tower Industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of taxation and its impact on business.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
