Job Title: Shift Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations and drive results. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production floor management, supply chain operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily operations to achieve volume, quality, output reliability, cost, and safety targets.
  • Receive and manage chemical and packaging materials, ensuring optimal usage and accurate record-keeping.
  • Organize and control labor for operations, prioritizing numbers and skills to meet production needs.
  • Monitor material consumption and yield, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize processes.
  • Implement autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a production floor, preferably in FMCG.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, planning, and SAP systems.
  • Experience in managing shop floor safety, health, and environment.
