Job Title:

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with office administrative activities, answering and directing phone calls, organizing and filing documents, and providing support on projects and general tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Financial Transactions & General Accounting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records.
    • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Project Support: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
