Job Description

This role involves managing and optimizing the seller's Amazon account to achieve maximum visibility, sales, and profitability. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with sales and profit goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Ensure optimal performance of the seller's Amazon account by monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize listings for improved search rankings and conversion rates by utilizing Amazon's tools and best practices.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Advertising and Promotions: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales by targeting specific audience segments and optimizing ad copy and bids.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement by using data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and manage reviews and feedback to ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines by staying up-to-date on changing regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's tools (FBA, PPC, Brand Registry) and ability to leverage them to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Digital marketing best practices knowledge to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring 1-2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.
