Education Management Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Education Manager to join our team as a School Principal. As a School Principal, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality teaching and learning, managing teacher development, and driving school improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a school improvement plan to drive progress and improve outcomes.
  • Recruit, develop, and empower teachers to achieve academic excellence.
  • Implement effective teacher recruitment processes to build a strong teaching team.
  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations to maintain high standards.
Key Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain optimal student enrollment through effective community outreach and strategic planning.
  • Manage teacher outreach, maintain a CV bank, and coordinate with HR teams for staff hiring and performance management.
  • Ensure school discipline, encourage positive character building, and manage staff leaves and attendance.
  • Supervise the admin assistant in accounts and other matters, manage school accounts accurately, and coordinate utility services.
Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and at least 6 months of administration experience are required for secondary school principals.
