**Job Overview:**

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in ReactJS and NodeJS.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing high-performance web applications, ensuring scalability, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, Develop, and Optimize Web Applications: Utilize ReactJS and NodeJS to create responsive web applications that meet the needs of our users.
  2. Implement UI Components and Libraries: Leverage ReactJS to implement seamless user experiences through intuitive UI components and libraries.
  3. Collaborate with Design Team: Work with the design team to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
  4. Maintain Code Quality and Performance: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code to ensure the highest level of performance in our web applications.
  5. Build Server-Side Rendering: Utilize NodeJS to build server-side rendering for high-performance web applications.
  6. Familiarity with React Native Concepts: Possess knowledge of React Native concepts to bridge potential integrations or mobile-first considerations.
  7. Troubleshoot and Optimize Performance: Identify and troubleshoot issues, debug, and optimize performance across applications.
  8. Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
  9. Integrate APIs and Web Services: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services seamlessly.
  10. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Remain current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in ReactJS, NextJS, Node, and React Native.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Possess 5+ years of professional experience working with ReactJS, Node, and NextJS.
  3. Proven Experience in Building Web Applications: Demonstrate proven experience in building and deploying web applications with ReactJS and NodeJS.
  4. Knowledge of State Management Libraries: Have knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  5. Familiarity with React Native and Mobile Development: Familiarity with React Native and mobile development concepts is a plus.
  6. Strong Understanding of Web Performance Optimization: Possess a strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  7. Experience with RESTful APIs and Asynchronous Request Handling: Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling is required.
  8. Familiarity with Modern Front-End Build Pipelines: Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) is necessary.
  9. Proficient Understanding of Version Control Systems: Have a proficient understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  10. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  11. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
