About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer to lead the creative process and bring fresh ideas to life. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing original clothing collections, selecting fabrics and colors, and overseeing the production process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create seasonal fashion collections that meet brand standards and market expectations.
  2. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and forecast new styles.
  3. Select suitable fabrics, colors, and patterns for each collection.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to bring designs to life.
  5. Develop technical drawings for manufacturing and oversee garment fittings and adjustments.
  6. Ensure quality control throughout the design process.
  7. Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for new collections.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  2. 2-3+ years of experience in fashion design.
  3. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  4. In-depth understanding of textiles and garment construction.
  5. Excellent creativity and trend awareness.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
