Job Overview

As a key professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Supply Chain Process to ensure seamless operations.

You will lead a team of experts involved in purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics to guarantee timely production and delivery of every order to valued customers.

Regular meetings with our CEO will be conducted to discuss and obtain approval on weekly production planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Building strong relationships with major suppliers is crucial to reduce supplier bargaining and foster a positive environment. You will work closely with them to achieve this objective.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and high-quality import of materials for the production process, minimizing inventory levels by regularly reviewing inventory reports, and taking prompt action to address any low inventory issues.

Daily review of production division reports will be conducted to identify and address bottlenecks by directing the Incharge Production for immediate resolution.

A key aspect of your role will be to ensure smooth operations of finished goods logistics, directly resolving customer matters, and reducing blame games among employees in the supply chain division to promote a collaborative work environment.

Development and management of yearly departmental plans, performance evaluations, quarterly meetings, and ongoing performance monitoring sessions will be conducted to ensure direct reportees are meeting their objectives.

In addition, you will develop department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling, and mentoring sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
