Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the routine, preventive, and annual maintenance of machines and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of skilled technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical faults, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment documentation and spare parts inventory
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures
Requirements

Education:
Diploma Degree Title: DAE(Mechanical)

Career Level:
Experienced (Non-Manager)

Experience:
5 Years - 7 Years

Qualifications:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
