Enterprise Cloud Technician

In this critical support role, you will provide top-tier technical support to our clients, collaborating with colleagues to deploy and automate cloud services, migrating applications to our platform. With a focus on server operations, you will ensure seamless interactions between our clients and our platform.

• Resolve client queries via email and live chat, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Participate in cloud service deployments, troubleshooting, and migration projects.
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud environments, writing comprehensive documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance and upgrade activities.

• Previous experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role is essential.
• Proven expertise in Linux-based servers and virtualization technologies.
• CPanel/WHM control panel experience is beneficial.
• Technical knowledge and ability to adapt quickly.
• Understanding of WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL).

• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Ansible.
