When it comes to SEO, having a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't is crucial. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive organic search traffic and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute SEO plans that align with our business goals
  2. Conduct keyword research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  3. Manage a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance on best practices
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives
  5. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  6. Identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  7. Communicate SEO insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  8. Stay current with changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in software development, e-commerce, or agency settings
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques
  • A proven track record; applicants must provide examples of their SEO work
  • Expertise in web analytics tools and concepts, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with search tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
