Job Description

This role focuses on developing and managing high-profile client relationships to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.

  • Identify new opportunities to acquire clients with potential for business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
  1. Acquire New to Bank Priority Qualified Clients.
  2. Offer services to assigned clients, including dormancy removal and service requests.
  3. Cross-sell products to clients based on their needs.
  4. Increase WM Penetration in the assigned portfolio by adding New to Wealth Clients.
  5. Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions.
  6. Process and convert assigned leads.
  7. Maintain Client Contact as per prescribed guidelines.
  8. Implement Client Journey interventions for Priority clients.
  9. Conduct periodic risk reviews of clients from the portfolio.
  10. Update KYC information for clients as needed.
  11. Follow internal processes for WM & Assets Product bookings.
Key Stakeholders

Branch Operations, Centralized Operations, Segments, Products, Client Experience, HR, Client Acquisition, and Client Care Centre are key stakeholders.
