Job Overview

The role of Lecturer in Behavioral Sciences involves teaching and guiding students in their academic journey. This position requires a strong foundation in medical sciences and a passion for behavioral sciences.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach and conduct research in the field of behavioral sciences
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a fully recognized/registered MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification by the PMDC. They must also have a strong academic record with at least a third division in their academic career. In addition, candidates must submit scanned copies of their academic and professional documents, and the last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Ineligibility Criteria

Candidates may be disqualified due to any of the following reasons:
  • A weak academic record with less than a third division in their academic career.
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service or lacking an NOC from the Head of Institution are not eligible.
  • Applicants who are currently pursuing a required degree are not qualified.
  • Candidates who are medically unfit will not be considered.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and issued an offer letter.
  • Candidates serving in government departments or armed forces may apply after obtaining an NOC from their respective organizations.

Late or incomplete applications will be disregarded. Only shortlisted candidates will be considered for tests or interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the recruitment process at any time without notice.
