Senior Ecommerce Performance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon FBA seller accounts (private label or wholesale).

Your job is to grow the revenue and profitability of the account you support to manage. You need to be data-driven, creative, result-oriented and capable of working independently and with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of our Amazon store, ensuring it is optimized for maximum visibility and sales. This includes managing product listings, updating product information, and ensuring brand consistency across all listings.
  • Utilize your expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research to enhance product discoverability and drive organic traffic to our Amazon listings.
  • Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Amazon, utilizing sponsored ads and other advertising tools to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor activity on Amazon, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use this information to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
