Exercise Coach

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Exercise Coach to join our team. As a key member of our wellness department, you will be responsible for coaching clients through safe and effective exercise programs. Your expertise in the field of exercise science will enable you to design and implement programs that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach clients through safe and effective exercise programs
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on exercise technique and form
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork for clients
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 18 years of age
  2. 6 months experience in the wellness field
  3. Nationally recognized Personal Training (PT) certification
  4. CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification
  5. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
  6. Ability to reason and define difficult problems with limited direction as to means and results
  7. Ability to perform rigorous physical activity
