Job Title: ACCA Academic Instructor

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role:

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and exam-focused classes in line with ACCA standards. The primary goal is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ACCA lectures for Skills and/or Strategic Professional papers in a student-focused manner.
  • Prepare course planners, lecture slides, handouts, and mock assessments in line with ACCA guidelines.
  • Conduct student evaluations and provide academic counseling and support.
  • Track student progress, attendance, and performance.
  • Stay current with ACCA syllabus updates, examiner reports, and global accounting practices.
  • Participate in academic planning, meetings, and curriculum development.
  • Contribute to maintaining academic quality and compliance with ACCA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: ACCA Affiliate or Finalist.
  • Strong subject knowledge and command of ACCA papers.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred, though fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms is an advantage.
  • Commitment to student success and academic integrity.
