About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead the development of engaging visual content and drive visual branding strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Branding Leadership:
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive visual branding strategies to maintain consistency across all designs.
  3. Evaluate and implement effective visual branding tactics to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
  4. Prioritize clear communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  1. Design Operations:
  2. Oversee the creation of high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and motion graphics.
  3. Develop and manage workflows to optimize visual content production and delivery.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and software to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  2. Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency in visual messaging.
  3. Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to develop innovative visual solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video production.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Creative Mindset:
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic and video design.
