What We're Looking For

This position involves working on all phases of the life cycle, including install, upgrade, integration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will drive for efficiency, improvements, automation, and excellence in service delivery.

The position requires a solid understanding of software engineering principles and at least 2 years of experience in operations. Experience with Linux/Unix handling and scripting languages such as Python and Ansible is necessary.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in Software Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Kubernetes Certifications (CKA and CKAD) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database management and knowledge of Prometheus, OpenSearch, and Grafana are beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in M-Commerce, online banking, or IT sectors is highly valued.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and experience in service operations and service transition are also desirable.
