Software Quality Assurance (QA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our software development team.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience in system design and architecture, and hands-on programming and database skills.

This role involves maintaining the quality of enterprise-level digital assets with a zero-bug production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain software quality of enterprise-level digital assets with a zero-bug production environment.
  2. Maintain and enhance system technical documentation and user guides.
  3. Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases.
  4. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing digital assets to meet international quality standards.
  5. Strong background in developing Quality Assurance processes and metrics.
  6. Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and approaches including:
    1. Regression testing
    2. Load & Stress Testing
    3. Pre and Post-Production Deployment Testing
    4. Integration Testing
    5. Non-Functional Testing
    6. Automation Tools
    7. Security Testing & Audits
  7. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  8. Strong background in system design, architecture, and requirement analysis.
  9. Strong background in User Interface, User Experience, and Prototyping.
  10. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing in Sprints.
  11. Take initiative to learn new things and grow with the team.
  12. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
  13. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  14. Highly professional verbal and written English skills.
