Job Overview:

The Citizens Foundation seeks an exceptional Academic Leadership Specialist to drive academic excellence in its schools. Reporting directly to the Regional Team, this role will focus on enhancing leadership skills of school principals and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative environment among Area Education Managers (AEMs) and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve principal quality, including recruitment, assessment, and appraisal processes.
  • Work closely with the RHR Manager to identify and develop high-performing local principals and teachers.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide actionable feedback to teachers for their professional growth.
  • Analyze data to inform area-level improvement plans and track progress towards targets.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in educational leadership or management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
