Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Liaison to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

About the Role
  • This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in liaison services, client relationship management, and solution delivery.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful digital solutions.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as primary liaison between internal teams and clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  2. Translate business needs into clear specifications, including user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
  3. Manage and track progress of client requests, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  4. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure proper implementation of client requirements.
  5. Participate in system walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  6. Troubleshoot client-reported issues by coordinating with technical teams, ensuring resolutions are well-communicated and documented.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to engage international clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or technology-based platforms is preferred.
