Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven professional to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for building the Profit & Loss (P&L) structure, tracking profitability, optimizing costs, and driving business efficiency through automation and process improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance. You will collaborate with departments like Development, Sales, HR, and Finance to understand business needs and support smooth processes.

Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and eagerness to learn and support business growth and sustainability.
  • Assist in identifying areas to reduce costs and improve operational workflows under guidance from senior analysts or management.
  • Work collaboratively to understand business needs and support smooth processes.
  • Support process reviews and suggest automation or tools to improve day-to-day business operations.
  • Develop basic dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, finance, or a related field, but most importantly, they will possess analytical thinking, motivation to learn, and a strategic mindset. They should be comfortable working with numbers and data, with a willingness to grow in areas like budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
