Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to manage our online presence across multiple WordPress websites. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the performance of our web presence, driving SEO strategy, improving user experience, and maximising lead conversions.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites
  • Create new landing pages and enhance existing structures to improve user engagement and conversion rates
  • Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads integration to monitor performance and inform data-driven decisions
  • Plan and execute on-page SEO, internal linking, and keyword analysis to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage link building, PR, and outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility
  • Design and create engaging and SEO-optimised content, including videos, infographics, calculators, and statistics, to captivate audiences and drive conversions
  • Implement UX and CRO best practices to enhance user experience and drive engagement and conversions
  • Integrate and manage advanced website tools, such as chatbots, to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and maintain complex website databases, ensuring seamless integration with WordPress
  • Provide regular reporting on performance using tools like SE Ranking

Requirements:

  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Highly flexible and responsive, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Availability for regular Microsoft Teams calls with our UK-based head office

Working Arrangements:

This position is offered on a subcontractor basis, allowing us to offer a competitive rate of pay. During your working hours, you should remain available and contactable via Teams to enable fast, collaborative dialogue as needed.
