As an Assistant Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and transactions.

This involves preparing and maintaining balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. You will also monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Handle general accounting tasks, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable

You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Additionally, you will assist with financial audits and tax filings.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is also required.

Other essential skills include excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
