Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the La Jolla, CA area to create valuable leads efficiently.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the real estate field.
  • Follow up persistently on leads to secure appointments with either a listing or buyer's agent.
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
  • Handle sales inquiries to effectively convert qualified leads into new clients.
  • Utilize a CRM system to ensure customer information for agents is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide excellent service by efficiently scheduling and conducting appointments with clients.
