Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to play a pivotal role in expanding our operations to new markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our company by generating sales leads, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to our overall business expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and target segments in the designated regions. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Utilize various online and offline channels to identify and qualify potential sales leads. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive a consistent flow of qualified prospects.
  • Clients Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, and position our services effectively.
  • Presentation Development: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our services. Present these proposals to potential clients and partners in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant gatherings to expand our network. Establish a strong presence in the business community and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Identify and engage potential strategic partners, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate with these partners to drive joint business initiatives and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align business development efforts with online marketing strategies. Leverage digital channels to enhance our online presence and generate inbound leads.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and progress towards expansion goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
