Lead the development of product visions by researching, conceptualizing, sketching, prototyping, and testing experiences for digital products.

Create wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and prototypes optimized for various devices and interfaces.

IDentify design problems and devise elegant solutions that meet users' needs.

Make strategic decisions related to core and new functions and features.

Implement a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Risk-taking champion who promotes new ideas.

Understand product specifications and user psychology to create effective experiences.

Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Create user personas based on research and data.

Develop wireframes and prototypes centered around customer needs.

Foster creative solutions to UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).

Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.

Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.

Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Able to actively listen, take verbal instruction, and translate it into concrete web content.

Skilled brainstormer with strong research abilities.

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

Background in product research is required.

Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq).
