A key objective of this Operations Manager position is to oversee the efficient delivery of client bookings.

Key responsibilities include liaison with clients, subcontractors and affiliates to ensure all bookings meet exceptional standards. This role will also involve performing ad-hoc duties as required by the office team.

Job Specification:
  1. Answering telephone calls & emails in a professional manner
  2. Providing quotations and making bookings
  3. First point of contact for any customer service issues
  4. Carrying out general administrative tasks as instructed by line manager
  5. Recording expense and sales invoices, assisting accountant with simple queries
  6. Ensuring accurate client invoicing

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with flexible arrangements possible. Family-friendly terms can be explored.

Requirements:
  1. Strong customer service skills
  2. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing - essential for success in this role
  3. Must possess clear English language proficiency - please do not apply if you are unable to communicate effectively
  4. Data entry skills
  5. Mastery of mathematical and numerical concepts
  6. A self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on additional training
  7. Honesty and reliability are key attributes for this role
  8. Previous experience in operations management, ideally within the hospitality, event or logistics sectors
