Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide support for our US-based clients on a night-time schedule. The working hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contact Management: Managing and making calls, gathering data for analysis, and maintaining organized records.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  1. English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar, schedule appointments, and maintain organization.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based platforms (Google Docs, Skype).
  4. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, including advertising and public relations.
  5. Social Media: Familiarity with social media platforms.
  6. Data Entry: Skilled in data entry and able to multitask effectively.
  7. Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
