
Client Acquisition Manager

A highly motivated and results-driven professional is required to drive business growth through account development and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Accountabilities:
- DEVELOP ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIPS: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients.
- CREATE PROPOSALS AND BIDS: Develop and manage client communications on Upwork and similar platforms.
- MANAGE CRM SYSTEMS: Maintain and update leads, contacts, and opportunities using CRM software.
- GENERATE QUALITY LEADS: Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into clients.
- PROPOSE TAILORED SOLUTIONS: Understand client requirements and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- TRACK PERFORMANCE METRICS: Analyze trends and prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and conversions.
