  • Track and report on bidding success, project progress, and client feedback to improve future strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends, client preferences, and industry demands on Upwork.
  • Handle disputes, revisions, or client concerns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
