Job Description:

We are seeking a Cashier/Barista to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions and handle cash handling duties.
• Prepare and serve hot and iced beverages, as well as baked goods.
• Upsell products and promote sales.

Requirements:

• Able to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service or food and beverage is an asset.
