Sustainability Data Management Position

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Specialist.

About the Sustainability Role

The ESG Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end ESG data collection, conducting administrative oversight, and collaborating closely with data owners to establish robust data collection functionality and verification capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of ESG Data Collection: Managing the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Training and Development: Providing training to new users on ESG data collection and analysis best practices.
  • Data Collaboration: Collaborating with data owners to ensure effective data collection and verification processes.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conducting analyses, creating dashboards and reports for senior management, brands, regions, and functions.
  • External Reporting: Preparing data, metrics, and qualitative information for responding to external ESG ratings and rankings organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Environment and/or Electrical disciplines, preferably with a Master's degree from a renowned university or institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience in a large organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with ESG data collection and analysis tools.
