Email Marketing Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing the email component of our Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients via personalized and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the email component of EDM campaigns.
  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via email, using high-quality content that resonates with the audience.
  • Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding promptly and professionally to client queries.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with potential clients.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  2. Experience in email marketing or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  6. Familiarity with email marketing software and tools.
