Solar Energy Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive our solar energy solutions growth.
The primary role of the Sales Executive is to identify, approach, and secure potential clients and investors for our company's solar energy offerings. Candidates with a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of renewable energy markets are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and investors for solar energy solutions.
- Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote and present company products and investment plans to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals and project details.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and client feedback.
- Report regularly on progress and market insights.
- Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate education with relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (solar or energy sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
