Online Store Manager

**Job Overview:**
- This is a key role within our organization, requiring a skilled and dedicated professional to oversee the management of our online store.
We are seeking an Online Store Manager who will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions, efficient order processing, and effective record-keeping. - Process online orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Monitor and update daily work records, ensuring supervisor is informed.

- Exercise good work ethics, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and online sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and internet research skills.
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
