  • What We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist. This is a remote position that requires expertise in tracking pixels, tags, and scripts commonly used for web analytics, conversion tracking, and retargeting.

  • Responsibilities
  1. Implement and manage pixel tracking
  2. Skilled in using AI tools to improve conversion rates
  3. Design and optimize landing pages using platforms like Go High Level, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar tools
  4. Conduct A/B testing within GHL campaigns
  5. Manage GCLID integration in GHL campaigns
  6. Manage CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot
  7. Operate CRM platforms with a focus on GHL
  8. Execute API integrations with GHL
  9. Develop and manage GHL automation
  10. Project management, particularly within GHL environments
  • Requirements
  1. Five years of proven experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist working with performance advertising (preferably with Google and YouTube)
  2. Digital marketing agency experience
  3. Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality
  4. A calm and collected approach to problem-solving
  5. Analytical skills
  6. Exceptional communication skills
  7. Impeccable command of the English language
  8. Master's degree or higher preferred
