Clinical Expertise and Leadership
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, with experience in providing high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for direct patient care, adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.
- Preparation and administration of medications, maintaining accurate records and adhering to SOPs.
- Supervising and guiding Nurse Aids, Student Nurses, and delegating tasks according to ward incharge or Nursing Coordinator's direction.
- Ensuring safe working environments, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protecting patients and staff through adherence to infection-control policies & protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
