Job Title: Lead Generation Manager
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical industries, proficiency in digital platforms, and experience in client R&D and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients in technical industries (e.g., manufacturing, software, IT, engineering).
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends.
- Analyze client requirements and align them with the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to understand technical capabilities and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for client presentations.
- Leverage digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and social media) to engage with potential clients.
- Create and manage targeted campaigns to generate interest and inquiries.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical industries and their challenges.
- Utilize technical software and tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis tools) to support client discussions and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
- Create compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Prezi.
- Ensure proposals are technically accurate and aligned with client needs.
- Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, R&D) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research and client analysis to identify opportunities.
- Create compelling content (e.g., posts, blogs, videos) tailored to technical audiences.
- Manage social media campaigns, including paid ads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or client management in technical industries.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through digital platforms.
- Experience with RFPs, RFQs, and technical proposal development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical software (e.g., CAD, data analysis tools).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
