About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Academic Advisor to join our team at Uniway Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with expertise in advising students on academic planning, career choices, and educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Student Support:
  • Evaluate students' academic strengths, interests, and career goals to create personalized plans.
  • Select the most suitable courses, universities, and study programs for students based on their individual needs.
  • Facilitate university applications, scholarships, and visa processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Coach students for entrance exams like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE to boost their confidence.
  • Counsel students on study abroad options and education systems in various countries, helping them make informed decisions.
• Institutional Support:
  • Design and implement effective strategies to enhance academic programs and improve student outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging educational trends and technologies to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with institutions to facilitate accreditation processes and curriculum development.
  • Deliver training sessions for teachers and academic staff on best practices in education, ensuring they remain current with industry standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consultancy or a related field.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of education systems, admission processes, and career counseling.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze students' needs and provide tailored guidance to support their academic and professional growth.
• Proficient in using educational tools, online portals, and research databases to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
