We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network & System Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This entry-level position involves working as part of a worldwide professional support team, resolving customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, testing, administering, and troubleshooting network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Administration: Set up, test, administer, and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
  2. Vendor Equipment Management: Work with major networking vendor equipment, including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and keep track of all services and monitoring tools, creating and updating network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.
  4. VOIP and Server Management: Setup, deploy, and troubleshoot VOIP phones and related services, as well as manage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances systems.
  5. Virtualization and Active Directory: Work with virtualization technologies, including VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V, and set up and administer Active Directories and server roles.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related studies, such as Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Relevant Experience: Possess fresh to 1 year of similar experience in the field.
  3. Certifications: CCNA and MCSE certifications are preferred.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
