Job Description

A key role in the logistics team, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Customs Clearance Coordination: Prepare and submit Customs GD on the WeBOC System, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and seamless customs clearance processes.
  2. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and providing prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Shipping Line Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with shipping lines to facilitate efficient coordination and minimize delays.
  4. Port Coordination: Collaborate with ports (KICT, QICT, PICT) to facilitate efficient cargo handling and clearance, ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
  5. Daily Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of work completed each day, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  6. Expense Management: Maintain accurate expense records for daily activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  7. Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments closely, making timely payments for duties and taxes to prevent demurrage charges and ensure smooth logistics operations.
