The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in human resources, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and be able to implement them effectively.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Act as the senior HR representative at the plant, ensuring a strong and active presence at all levels.">
  • Facilitate consistent and fair implementation of HR policies and procedures at the plant.">
  • Provide the necessary guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters.">
  • Facilitate communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations.">
  • Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.">
  • Ensure proper implementation of the performance management system and provide necessary facilitation and support in that exercise.">
  • Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.">
  • Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale and motivation.">
  • Handle staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions.">
  • Attend to employees' inquiries on compensation & benefits.">

Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.">
  • Ability to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.">
