Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to create photorealistic 3D renderings of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lighting, shading, texture mapping, and rendering techniques.

This position requires close collaboration with developers and real estate professionals to accurately interpret plans and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D visualisations that meet project timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver visual assets that align with project goals.
  • Utilize 3D rendering software to produce exterior and interior renderings that reflect real-world conditions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new software, and rendering techniques to continuously improve skillset.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in property rendering or architectural visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, shading, texture mapping, and rendering techniques.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or other graphic design software for post-production work.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and design sketches.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics.
