Job Title: Content Strategist - Growth Driver

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned content strategist and editor who can spearhead our content roadmap. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, including SEO, thought leadership, product education, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a content strategy that drives growth and achieves business goals.
  • Lead content planning across the funnel, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, email nurtures, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities for SEO and user-intent alignment.
  • Work closely with product, growth, and brand teams to develop compelling narratives and messaging.
  • Brief, manage, and edit internal and external writers, as well as AI tools, to ensure consistent output.
  • Develop scalable systems for content management, including content calendars, CMS hygiene, interlinking frameworks, and analytics setup.
  • Provide regular performance reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve KPIs.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial strategy.
  • A proven track record of scaling traffic or content-led conversions.
  • Familiarity with content distribution channels, including SEO, email, social media, and influencers.
  • The ability to think strategically about content clusters, topic authority, and leverage.
