Senior Software Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to fill this senior software development position. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the development of high-performance software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and architect scalable backend services using modern programming languages such as Python and Next.js.
  • Lead the design of fault-tolerant microservices that integrate with the platform ecosystem, ensuring robustness under high load.
  • Optimize complex data processing pipelines to handle massive volumes of traffic violation data with low latency and high reliability.
  • Develop advanced database schemas, indexing strategies, and caching mechanisms to maximize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive innovation to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of software development experience with expertise in modern programming languages (Python, ReactJS, NextJS, or similar).
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering scalable, production-grade microservices in high-traffic environments.
  • Deep expertise in API design, database optimization, caching systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing high-performance data pipelines for real-time or near-real-time applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging complex systems in production environments.
