Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to provide IT technical support remotely, logging call details and conducting remote software installation and troubleshooting.

A working knowledge of remote support, computer science or IT background, and basic to intermediate SQL Server troubleshooting/installation skills are required.

Additionally, you will support the roll-out of new applications, respond within agreed time limits to call-outs, and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout your interactions with customers and colleagues.
